Terms of use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This page is a translation of the French version, which prevails if the two differ.
In short: MiniLog is free, made by one person in their spare time, and provided as is. Be kind, only post what you have the right to post, and all will be well.
The service
MiniLog helps you track your miniature collection and your hobby sessions. It is free. A Premium plan (more room) is planned but not on sale yet: you will never be charged for anything you did not choose.
MiniLog is made with care but provided as is, with no guarantee that it always works or is free of errors. It may change, change its limits, or stop. If it has to stop, you will be told by email in advance so you can get your data back. Keep your original photos: MiniLog is not a backup.
Your account
- Use a valid email address and keep your password to yourself: what happens with your account is your responsibility.
- If you are under 15, ask one of your parents before signing up.
- You can delete your account whenever you like, from your profile.
The rules
- Nothing illegal, violent, hateful, sexual or shocking. No harassment.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, username included.
- No spam and no abuse: no batches of accounts, no getting around the limits, no intrusion testing, no automated collection (bots, scraping).
- Respect others and their rights: only post photos you have the right to share, no photo of someone without their consent, no one else's work passed off as yours.
Your content
Your photos and texts stay yours. You only allow MiniLog to store them and show them to the people the app shows them to (you, your friends, the participants of your challenges), just to run the service. When you delete them, that permission ends.
Report a problem
Content or an account breaking these rules? Write to contact@minilog.app with the username and what the problem is. Every report is read.
When the rules are broken
The operator may remove content, warn, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules. Except in an emergency (illegal content, security), you are told by email first and can explain yourself.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for a service interruption, a loss of data, or content posted by users.
Changes
These terms may change. Important changes are announced in the app or by email. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to contact@minilog.app to find a friendly solution. Otherwise, the competent French courts will decide, without depriving you of the protection the law of your country gives you.
